Irish Tunes For Fingerstyle Guitar – E-book edition

This is my first collection of Irish fingerstyle guitar arrangements in e-book format! You can also find it in paperback here.  The collection is aimed at intermediate players who are looking to learn new techniques and chord shapes and provides ten classic Irish session tunes arranged with a subtle jazzy twist. The arrangements are ordered by difficulty and include the following tunes:

Out On The Ocean

The Castle (Sean Ryan’s)

Harvest Home

Cooley’s Reel

A Fig For A Kiss

John Ryan’s Polka

Pol Ha’penny Hornpipe

Maids of Mitchelstown

The Gravel Walks

Tell Her I Am

Each arrangement comes with detailed playing instructions, a short section covering the tune’s history, chord diagrams, a look into the music theory used in its composition and both tablature and sheet music. There is also an audio folder included in the e-book download which contains slow play-throughs of all the arrangements, examples and explanations of the common Irish rhythms used and several other examples of techniques and features used in the collection. The ebook is provided in pdf format and the audio as mp3s, so both can be accessed on PCs, mobile phones, ipads, tablets etc. You can also get the paperback edition by clicking here.
