DADGAD Fingerstyle Collection Volume 1 – e-book with MIDI download

I have been a teacher of both jazz and Irish trad guitar for the last 8 years and am now proud to present the first Folk Friend DADGAD fingerstyle collection! In this e-book you can 10 arrangements of some of my favourite Irish jigs, reels and polkas for acoustic guitar in DADGAD tuning. They are ranked in order of difficulty and are not too technical so should hopefully be suitable for DADGAD beginners and improvers who are looking for a challenge. They avoid any complicated picking or ornamentation techniques and instead rely on beautiful harmonies and the interplay of overlapping notes to get the most out of this versatile tuning!

This e-book is in PDF format, so can be read on PC, mobile phone, tablet etc etc. It contains tablature and sheet music for all my arrangements, along with detailed playing instructions and a short history of the tunes, their composers and notable players. The e-book edition also comes with a folder of MIDI play-throughs of each of the tunes, which you can play at any speed you like using a free MIDI player like Midiplay or listen to using built in software like Windows Media Player.
